Did You Know That…

“90% of top performers are high in emotional intelligence.”  | Forbes, 2014

“Studies have shown that a high emotional quotient (EQ) boosts career success, entrepreneurial potential, leadership talent, health, relationships, satisfaction, humor, and happiness.” | Harvard Business Review, 2014

“75% of careers are derailed for reasons related to emotional competencies, including inability to handle interpersonal problems; unsatisfactory team leadership during times of difficulty or conflict; or inability to adapt to change or elicit trust.”  | The Center for Creative Leadership

The great news is that EQ and RQ are 100% learned.
